Although we don't get too many problems with our machines they are, after all, machines and machines regardless of how well engineered and built that they are, can encounter a problem or a component failure on occasion.
We understand this at ISE and we also realise that it can be inconvenient when an appliance does go wrong, which is why we go to such lengths to try try to make sure that they do not in the first place and, by making sure that the aftersales service is extremely good. In fact where a failure is encountered over 85% of all failures are resolved within three days a record many of our competitors are extremely envious of.
But should you have an issue with an ISE this page should help you to make sure that getting it resolved is as fast and easy as possible.
The first thing to do if you have an issue is to check the machine yourself in accordance with the instruction book and, for extended information and issues that crop up often, you will find details on these pages written specifically for each model we have ever sold.
Bear in mind that a great many problems can be resolved by a simple reset or by ensuring that things such as filters are clear. Do remember that clearing pumps, filters and suchlike are not covered by warranty and you may be charged if you call out an engineer and that is what they find so we do ask that you make sure that you thoroughly check these things yourself in the first instance.
