We have all experienced call centres and for the most part we do not like them. You are kept on hold and then all too often speak to someone who seems not to care or wants to help. We decided to buck that trend as we do not like call centres either. When you have a problem your first port of call is the local repairer. They do the leg work liaising with our technical people and ordering parts not you.

Because of this attitude we go out of our way to resolve any support issues that you may have with our products and to offer as much assistance and advice as we possibly can to ensure that the ownership experience with an ISE product is as good as we can make it. We know that the machines perform well but we also know that from time to time that problems can occur and we therefore do our very best to minimise any inconvenience that these incidents cause.
While some problems are mechanical fault covered under the terms and conditions of the guarantee many are caused by the way the machine is used and maintained.
